WHO WE ARE
Slinky Katz focuses on the rescue, rehabilitation, and re-homing of Siamese, Oriental Shorthairs and other related breeds. We do not have a shelter. The kitties are all housed in foster homes where they are given the necessary medical attention, nutritious food, and plenty of hugs and kisses before they move on to their furever homes.
ADOPTION POLICIES
If you are interested in adopting from Slinky Katz you must complete an application and be approved PRIOR to meeting the cat/kitten you are interested in. Applicants must have an excellent veterinary reference. Slinky Katz only adopts to individuals whose pets are up-to-date on their vaccinations and whose cats are kept indoors 24 hours a day. Existing cats within the home must be tested negative for both Feline Leukemia and Feline Aids. Existing dogs and cats in the home must be spayed or neutered. Cats adopted from Slinky Katz cannot be declawed. In order to receive proper socialization, kittens will not be placed in a home where they will be an only cat. Cats/kittens cannot be adopted and given as "gifts". Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Adoption donations:
Kittens (up to 6 months) - $150, Adults - $125, Seniors (over 8 years) - $75
Slinky Katz, Inc. is an "all volunteer" non-profit 501(c)(3) charity. All donations go directly to assisting with the rescue, rehabiliation, and re-homing of Siamese, Oriental Shorthairs, and other related breeds.
